Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We schedule appointments according to our specialists’ availability and specialty. If you are running late, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all of our clients, treatments are completed as scheduled.

Late/No Show Policy
In consideration of other clients and our staff, it is important that you arrive on time for your appointment. If it is determined that you arrived late, you may be asked to reschedule or be taken by another stylist. If you need to cancel your appointment, please allow 24 hours notice, so that we can offer your time to another client.
Due to chemicals, sharp instruments, hot appliances and for the comfort of all clients, children and infants must be closely supervised by a parent. We recommend arranging childcare so that you can relax during your visit.
We will gladly exchange or refund (accompanied by a receipt) all retail items returned within 60 days.
